A MNC in the real estate industry and this newly created regional role is based in Singapore.
Job Description:
Lead, develop and grow the Property Development Team to unlock organization’s growth strategy.
Drive growth in organization’s land banks through strategic acquisitions, ensuring a robust development pipeline enabling development of premium properties for customers.
Identify new business opportunities, prepare submissions and build relationships with prospective clients, delivering tenant-driven development solutions.
Create feasibility models for specific existing and proposed new developments.
Work collaboratively with the Technical and Capital Transactions Teams to provide planning, infrastructure and due diligence advice.
Coach and mentor employees to build a high performance team.
What you need to know/ have:
Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction Management / Real Estate or related field.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in real estate project development with proven track records in the development and / or management of industrial or logistics projects. At least 8 years of senior management experience in development projects across regions.
SE Asia project development experience in logistics would be an advantage.
Able to understand external market factors when considering analysis of each specific property.
A good team player with strong leadership and communication skills, integrity and commitment.
