• Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Senior Manager, Office Leasing (Based in Beijing, China).

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Based in Beijing, the job incumbent will be responsible for leasing and marketing of the Group’s office properties in Beijing.

• He/she will develop and implement effective strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties through securing new clients either through direct efforts or through property agents.

Required:

• The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree at least 8-10 years of experience in leasing and marketing of office properties in Beijing.

• He/ she should possesses a good understanding of the office rental market in Beijing.

• He/ she should have good communication skills.

• He/ she must be effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English.
