Our Client:

• A foreign-owned Business Advisory Consultancy firm providing outsourced accounting, taxation and business advisory services to their clients.

• Due to business expansion, they now have a new opening for Director (International Tax/ Transfer Pricing) to be based in Shanghai, China.

Role:

• Lead a team of professionals to deliver international tax/ transfer pricing and other tax-related advisory services to clients, mainly MNCs with business presence in China or Chinese firms with overseas business interests.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with these clients

• Be the clients’ strategic partner in tax management, advising them on the latest tax regulations and their implications, assist them to

• Conduct inbound and cross-border business tax planning and compliance

• Provide leadership and manages the internal team of tax professionals, including hiring, training, performance management and motivating the team to deliver their best.

Requirements:

• Possesses at least a good university degree in accounting-related disciplines

• More than 10 years of relevant working experience in international tax planning or transfer pricing

• Strong experience in client management, enjoys business development and account management

• Strong leadership skills and people-oriented, takes genuine interest in developing the team

• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good integrity, strong resilience and can-do spirit

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
