Job Description:

• Responsible for the managing of Singapore costing team, teambuilding, optimisation of process and system, improve cost accounting, the degree of automation control and overall performance of the project cost team.

• Responsible for organising and preparation of overseas company cost-related target plans.

• Actively promote project life cycle management.

• Actively support operational excellence.

• Actively support the customer-centric value management system.

• Participate in the analysis and decision-making of critical business matters of the group and product line.

• Participate in company performance management.

• Enhance cost awareness of the product line and actively empower the product line.

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in Finance or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (reporting back to China)

• Possess strong initiative and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
