Job Description:

• Responsible for the effective delivery of full spectrum HR: recruitment, budget management, performance management, compensation, talent management, succession planning, learning and development

• Assist in planning, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Set up SOPs on all HR-related activities

• Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Malaysia and well versed in local legal requirements

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource

• Hands on with startup environment

• Strong communication skills and excellent people skills

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to communicate with Hong Kong management team
