Job Description:
Responsible for the effective delivery of full spectrum HR: recruitment, budget management, performance management, compensation, talent management, succession planning, learning and development
Assist in planning, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Set up SOPs on all HR-related activities
Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Malaysia and well versed in local legal requirements
What you need to know/ have:
Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource
Hands on with startup environment
Strong communication skills and excellent people skills
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to communicate with Hong Kong management team
