A leading FMCG Manufacturer in Asia. Due to strong growth, they have a new opening for a Vice President, Human Resource focusing on Pan Asian market.

Role:

• Work with business leaders to provide full spectrum HR function to the group in Pan Asia region

• Revamp HR policies and practices; and develop HR Roadmap

• Work with operational management to improve workforce management and utilization

• Build, upgrade and provide leadership to a diversified regional HR team

• Liaise with shareholders, Board of Directors and outside counsel in managing the creation, review, finalization and execution of all legal documentation

• Perform legal research on issues impacting the business

• Take responsibility for all other contracts and legal requirements of the business and ensure compliance across the organization

Requirements:

• 12+ years of employment law and human resources experience with at least 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role with pan-Asian employment law background is highly-preferred

• Degree in Law or Human Resource is preferreed

• A strong grasp of human resources best practices, as well as employment and regulatory risk management, is a must

• Hands-on individual; one who has created and built processes, SOP’s, systems and reporting capabilities and leverages best practices

• Specialization in employment and/or human resources law and experience with human resources change projects as a leader

• Enthusiastic, positive and passionate leader; Strong strategic thinker

• Fluency in English, Chinese (Mandarin) is required and proficiency in any other Southeast Asian language(s), especially Vietnamese, would be a positive
