Our client:

• An established System Integrator in the region and they are looking for a highly driven leader to take on the position as AVP to drive business in the BMS / Building Controls/ Smart City business.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Own the Smart City, Smart Building / Estate vertical strategy; including short medium and long term plan

• Responsible for the Building Management Analytics including its roadmap, development and marketing

• Conduct market analysis including market intelligence and competitive studies

• Responsible for training and enablement of in country teams

• Preparation of presentation materials (product, solutions and technical) and its related collaterals

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

What you should possess:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Understanding the concept of Smart City, Smart Buildings / Estate and its eco system is preferred

• At least 5 years of technical experience in Building Automation or Building Management System (BMS) technology or in the building controls industry

• Knowledge of connectivity requirements between different BMS suppliers and its adjacent technologies such as (but not limited to), ACMV, Chillers, Temperature Sensors, Lighting Systems, CCTV is preferred

• Understanding of how Data Analytics and IoT is applied in a “Smart Building” setting

• Certification in BMS implementation is preferred but not critical
