Our Client:

A leading pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturer. Due to business expansion, they have a new position for Financial Controller (Based in Central Europe).

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all accounting functions.

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Develop and oversee the company’s budget, including forecasting and variance analysis.

• Oversee the management of company assets, including fixed assets.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external institution.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

• At least 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a management position, prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in working with international teams is a plus.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
