Our Client:

A leading tech-based FMCG player headquartered in China. Due to business expansion, they have a new role for Director, Regional Expansion (Based in Southern China).

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and management of the development goals for opening stores in the jurisdictional area.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to form a feasibility report.

• Collaborate with other departments to jointly iterate on expanding fences and systematizing construction.

• Train and develop personnel based on business systems, processes, and standards.

Required:

• A good university degree.

• More than 8 years of experience in chain store development.

• Ability to independently complete market research and development of regional business districts.

• Able to travel extensively within China.
