A leading tech-based FMCG player headquartered in China. Due to business expansion, they have a new role for Public Relations Director (Based in Tianjin).

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and record the content of public opinion, and formulate the team’s handling guidance and ideas.

• Early warning and follow-up of public opinion risks, event handling and feedback.

• Industry dynamic monitoring and competitive product analysis.

• Responsible for organizing and implementing training, and following up the assessment after training.

• Improve daily communication and coaching of the team.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or Public Relations

• More than 8 years of experience in customer service center management.

• At least 4 years of management experience in new media operations and public opinion monitoring.

• Proficient in the handling standards and rules of social media operations and complaint platforms.

• Good communication skills and leadership.

• Able to work under pressure.
