The Role:

• Review the technical specification prepared consultant & in-house design team for process related facilities in project
  (e.g: Utilities related facilities, Hydrogen Production Unit, Oil re-refinery unit.)

• Provide technological, raw material & product-related knowledge in the project

• Provide technical instructions and transfer knowledge and insight to other sub-ordinates

• Provide support with respect to permit applications and compliance issues.

• Continuous development of production processes in mid- and long-term to ensure high operational availability, productivity, flexibility and safety.

• Responsible for the Basis of Design (BOD) and Unit Specific Tolerances (UST) defining the operating limits for the units in your area of responsibility.

• Improve process safety by facilitating risk assessments, leading actions development and managing implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field and understanding of chemical processing unit operations and engineering.

• Minimum seven years of work experience in process engineering design, construction, commissioning and operations in the biofuels, petrochemical, oil and gas, oleochemical industry. Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience for Sr. engineer or above.

• Knowledge and proven experience on design review for biofuel or similar process industry project delivery during EPC phase

• Co-operation and influencing skills enabling successful working with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization
