Our Client:
A leading tyre manufacturer in the world. Due to business expansion, they have a new role for Tire Original Equipment Key Account and Aftersales Manager (based in China).
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing new Original Equipment Manufacturing key accounts customers in the market for both truck and trailer manufacturers
Work with Key Accounts on new product development and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Responsible for maintaining and managing existing customers, providing professional advice, and training to customers.
Responsible for helping customers from technical aspects.
Understand the new demands and trends of new machinery and tyre.
Handle product claims properly.
Required:
At least 10 years of key account management experience in Commercial Vehicle Tyre Sales
Good market knowledge.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
