The Role:
Lead and manage a team of product managers;
Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management;
Define product strategy/roadmap by understanding product, markets, competition, user requirements in depth;
Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs, preparing return-on-investment analysis, and establishing timeline;
Work collaboratively with engineering, business, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, and iterate quickly;
Requirements:
Degree in related technical field, such as business, computer science, engineering and/or equivalent practical experience.
More than 8 years of proven technology experience managing complex projects, driving end-to-end technology solutions, and meeting business expectations.
Experience with Adobe products/solutions and strong experience with Adobe Commerce preferred.
Experience in Agile methodologies / project management tools.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding in Business to Consumer Technology.
