Role:

• You will be managing clients’ multi-million dollar projects in residential, commercial across government and private sectors.  You will also be responsible to drive revenue growth and revenue-generating activities including marketing, business development and operations of all the business entities.

• Provide assistance and supervision in managing the Asset Management and Property Development units;

• Evaluate new markets and business opportunities.

• Improve the integration and alignment across various operating departments to ensure the effectiveness of the sales, leasing & operational processes and further enhance customer experience.

Required:

• 15 years’ experience in real estate industry, ideally from Sales, Marketing and leasing background;

• Highly energetic with entrepreneurial mindset and proven track records;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
