Our Client:

A leading F&B Chain expanding to Singapore and South East Asia. They are now looking for a Finance Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and establishing the finance department for the Singapore branch

• Responsible for overall financial management, including daily finance operations, GL accounting, cashflow forecasts, scenario analysis, management reports, financial budget, business review and analysis, taxation, fund management, etc

• Prepare and monitor the annual budget and monthly rolling forecast

• Responsible for Statutory Audit and Annual Return, GST, Corporate Tax filling and any other statutory filling requirements

• Liaise with and manage external and internal auditors, and other regulatory authorities

• Identify areas of risk and improvements through financial analysis, putting forward corresponding suggestions, and implement optimization plans with various departments;

• Implement the relevant requirements of HQ Group Finance, and timely feedback on the performance of the Singapore operations

Required:

• A good university degree in Accounting or ACCA

• At least 8 years of accounting and finance management with minimally 3 years in a managerial position

• Candidates from F&B or retail industry will have a strong advantage

• Experience in setting up from 0 to 1

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
