Our Client:

A Fintech company expanding to Indonesia and Southeast Asia.  Due to business expansion needs, they now have a new position as Senior Manager, HRBP – Based in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to CEO

• Leads the HRBP team to provide human resources support for organizational development, conduct regular organizational inventory, and provide business departments with effective solutions in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations, etc. and implementation.

• Actively engage in various forms of contact and effective communication with the business unit management, front-line supervisors, and employees to ensure the effective transmission of information between different levels.

• Conduct employee interviews to grasp employee dynamics and personal needs and assist the department to carry out employee care activities and training.

• Promote changes at the company level within the business department, and be responsible for improving the system, process, and system of human resources in the business department; improve the efficiency of human resources operations.

Required:

• At least a Good university degree;

• More than 10 years of work experience in HRBP role, preferably from finance or banking industry

• Familiar with OJK requirements

• Good communication skills and good interpersonal relationships

• Effective communication skills in English

• Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will have a strong advantage
