Our client: 

An integrated engineering group headquartered in Singapore and is one of Asia’s largest in its arena. The Group is ranked among the largest companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.

The Role: 

Reporting to Head, Public Safety and Security (PSS), the incumbent is responsible for driving international PSS business across all Business Areas (BA) and Line of Businesses (LOB) to meet international PSS sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop individual business plan for each country, not limited to customer and partner engagement plans

• Develop initiatives to increase prospects and sales pipeline

• Build and manage key customer and partner relationships and communications

• Prepare capture strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods

• Evaluate competitor plans, government initiatives and market trends, to assist BAs and LOBs to identify opportunities and develop strategic product plans

• Organise monthly meeting to track and forecast sales achievements and marketing activities

• Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies, regulations, and corporate governance.

Requirements:

• Highly driven leader with proven work experience in leading international business development and sales team

• Proven international sales track records in public safety domain

• Excellent communication, decision-making and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of international business strategies and regulations

• Good knowledge of relevant marketing and finance skills

• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage (pls state language proficiency)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
