• One of the leading real estate developers with regional presence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the Control Self-Assessment exercise including validation of controls

• Evaluate and review business processes, identify risks and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls

• Develop and review policies and procedures to incorporate best practices and compliance with relevant regulations

• Develop effective internal control training program and conduct training to build risk and controls awareness

• Assist with the implementation of controls initiatives across the organisation

• Leverage on SAP GRC or analytics tool for controls monitoring

• Assist with any other special focus studies or ad hoc tasks assigned by management or head of department

Required:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience

• Ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills

• Good written, communication and presentation skills

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
