One of the leading real estate developers with regional presence.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead the Control Self-Assessment exercise including validation of controls
Evaluate and review business processes, identify risks and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls
Develop and review policies and procedures to incorporate best practices and compliance with relevant regulations
Develop effective internal control training program and conduct training to build risk and controls awareness
Assist with the implementation of controls initiatives across the organisation
Leverage on SAP GRC or analytics tool for controls monitoring
Assist with any other special focus studies or ad hoc tasks assigned by management or head of department
Required:
At least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience
Ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills
Good written, communication and presentation skills
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
