Our client:

• A leading customer-facing services and solution provider who operates one of the top e-commerce sites.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with domain experts and clients to define project objectives, approach, plan and budget

• Understand client business objectives and work with multiple client stakeholders; focus their feedback to guide towards an objective

• Act as a trusted adviser to the client; identify solutions, approaches, and ways of working that best meet the clients’ strategic objectives and organizational barriers

• Tackle issues when milestones are not met, mitigate against risks before they become issues, track/action against dependencies and be a team lead & champion

• Lead teams through ambiguity and uncertainty

• Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, business, or related fields

• At least 5 years of program/ project management experience in delivering digital or technology-based solutions

• Agile or Scrum certification would be preferred

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (JIRA, Confluence), methodologies, and best practices

• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

• Experience running Scrum for multi-disciplinary teams

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
