Our Client:

• A global agricultural commodity trading group.   They are now looking for a Finance Manager (Based in Northeastern China)

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing, evaluating and setting up accounting and financial reporting policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions;

• Prepare or oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses;

• Participate and support all internal and external audits of financial statements;

• Responsible for summarizing and forecasting on the state of the company’s financial affairs;

• Oversee cash management activities, and execute capital-raising strategies to support the firm’s expansion;

• Managing external audit, tax bureau and banking relationships

Required:

• A Good university degree

• At least 8-10 years experience in accounting, with 3 years in managerial level positions

• Prior similar experience in trading companies will have a strong advantage

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
