Our Client:

• A community-based chain convenience store.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the development of the company’s products, ensure the safety and quality standards and integrity of product.

• Responsible for quality audit and testing of factories and retail stores.

• Supplier quality management:

      - Check the manufacturing standards.

      - Factory audit, FCCA, GMP and HACCP.

      - Maintains all records, processes, reports, defect lists, work instructions and inspection instructions for each supplier.

      - Responsible for tracking and solving problems with products to avoid repeated problems.

• Conduct compliance checks on the texts, patterns, and nutritional ingredient lists involved in food labels and outer packaging.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in commodity quality and safety, food science and engineering, etc.

• More than 3 years of work experience in relevant industry

• Familiar with China’s commodity safety regulations and food safety management system.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and principle.
