Our Client:

• An international company in the biotechnology industry, applying breakthrough technology to develop consumer health and skincare products which can reverse the signs of aging thus promoting natural health and increasing lifespan.  Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Chief Biotechnology Educator to be based in Shanghai.

Main Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement education programs, disseminate modern biotechnology knowledge related to the company’s products to the public, including online and offline activities.

• Responsible for providing medical and health-related online or offline expertise and guidance for the market, teams and customers.

• Collect cutting-edge the information of industry, can provide the logical and organised summarization.

• Responsible for effective communication with professional team of functional departments and provide relevant support to improve quality of customer service.

• Coordinate with relevant industry experts and provide technical support for education program requirements analysis, planning and responsibility assignment.

Required:

• At least a good PhD degree in chemistry, biology, medicine or related Major

• At least 5 years relevant experience in medical or health industry

• Strong learning ability, able to keep up with the cutting-edge of the biomedical industry

• Faster Leaner, able to keep up with the trend of the industry

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

• Presentable and good interpersonal skills

• Good team awareness and coordination

• Strong communication, adaptability and guidance skills

• Experience with entrepreneurship would be a strong advantage
