A renowned and listed property developer group with investments and regional presence in the Asia Pacific region.
Role:
You will assist the Group Head of HR to facilitate and execute the various HR projects/interventions as part of the integration plan. You will act as the central point of contact with external and internal stakeholders as well as consultants to assist the Group Head of HR to see through the planning and integration of HR processes, systems, benefits, and policies. As a member of the Main Integration team, this also includes working closely with the regional HR teams to drive through the plans/programmes. This is a ‘hands-on’ position that requires strong attention to details and project management skills to support the organisation’s integration.
Main Responsibilities:
●You will assist the Group HR Head to develop HR project plans and communicate progress to the stakeholders regularly.
●You will be the key HR project manager to monitor key milestone activities, plans and timeline for the team and to ensure that the integration plan is running on track based on plan.
●You will work closely with the Integration team and various stakeholders to ensure that integration issues are identified and flagged for resolution in a timely manner post-close and assist the team to solve complex cross-functional challenges related to integration, including compensation, benefits, absence, recruiting, onboarding, etc.
●You will lead the HR Due Diligence across the 3 organisations with the appointed consultants and act as an internal resource to drive the review and recommendations for implementation.
Requirements:
●More than 8 years of broad HR experience with a bachelor’s degree.
●M&A experience a plus but not required.
●Robust knowledge of HR practices & a good understanding of HR systems.
●Strong experience in program/project management (including cross-functional, global teams and external advisors).
●Strong analytical and operational capabilities.
●Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, good initiatives, and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and ability to navigate in unstructured and undefined territories with imperfect information (working in the gray).
●Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English; other languages a plus
