Summary:

●As the Head of Data Analytics, you will develop, implement and maintain data analyses, data collection systems and data integrity acquired from primary or secondary data sources.

●You will oversee and conduct the conversion of transactional data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions and communicate directly with stakeholders and executives within the departments.

Main Responsibilities:

●Manage and mine data from data warehouse and data marts to translate requirements into data-driven applications and data visualization solutions (e.g. reporting and dashboards)

●Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

●Locate and define new process for business, market trends and revenue improvement opportunities.

●Ensures that external and internal regulations and policies governing data management are met.

●Manage the Data Analytics team and provide technical direction, training and guidance to fellow data analysts.

●Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create functional designs and conducting gap analyses.

●Prepare, analyze and present reports directly with business stakeholders and executives.

Required:

●Recognised degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics

●At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, business data analysis and or comparable experience in a data drive environment

●High proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience with large amounts of data

●Proficiency in Tableau is a plus

●Strong business acumen especially in the technology e-platform business

●God verbal and written communication across all levels of an organisation

●Able to lead a team
