Our client:

The property division of a large scale conglomerate with global presence. They are expanding their property business to Europe and is searching for a Head of Investment responsible for Europe markets.

Main Responsibilities:

●Lead new business development, including maintaining detailed pipeline of prospects and potential deals in Europe region

●Establish and maintain industry business relationships to generate on-going deal flow

●Qualify potential real estate investment opportunities with the input of the Investment Committee

●Serve as a primary negotiator for approved transactions

●Lead due diligence, direct transaction execution team and coordinate transaction closing

●Work with external capital providers & internal channels to gain support for investment financing

●Hire, oversee and train investment and asset management team members as appropriate

What you need to know/ have:

●Candidate will have over 15 years of real estate investment experience with strong network in Europe

●Buy-side experience preferred

●Proven new business origination, deal structuring, negotiation and deal closing history as a principal and/or in an advisory role

●Bachelor or Master degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

●Thoughtful, open-minded, proactive, quick learner, bright, demonstrated intellectual curiosity.

●Exposure to private equity M&A transaction is a plus
