Our client:
●A global real estate investor with assets in major cities across the world. Due to business needs, they now have a new position for Lead, Global Executive Compensation.
Main Responsibilities:
●Leads in developing total compensation (rewards) strategies and policies for the Group’s businesses across the world, in line with business growth and strategy
●Designs and implements compensation strategies to be tied to business performance and individual performance while maintaining competitive total rewards package to attract and retain talents
●Plan, execute and communicate to facilitate any changes or implementation of new policies
●Liaises and manages external consultants in projects
Required:
●Good university degree
●At least 7 years of relevant working experience in global executive compensation
●Good knowledge of short-term/long-term incentives
●Candidates with prior working experience in consulting firms will have a strong advantage
●Strong communication skills with high EQ
●Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in working with senior company leaders
●Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
