Our client:

●An international integrated real estate developer with presence in China.  Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Senior Manager, Group Internal Audit (China) to be based in Beijing.

Main Responsibilities:

●Assist in developing and implementation of group risk management policies and related internal control procedures;

●Responsible for the management of China’s regional audit team and the development of professional capabilities of the team;

●Responsible for the preparation of the annual audit plan for the related business of development projects, operating projects, and joint venture projects in China, and submit it to the group for review

●Carry out the internal audit work according to plan, prepares and submits audit reports and management recommendations to  senior management and risk committee;

●According to the internal audit resolution and external audit resolution feedback and supervise the audited department company to complete the audit rectification;

●According to the requirements of the group or management, perform special audits, due diligence and supervision;

●Participate in the evaluation of the rationality and effectiveness of the company’s business processes, and monitor the design and implementation of related policies and processes;

Required:

●Good university degree

●At least 10 years of relevant working experience in audit with at least 2 years in a similar capacity

●Candidates with prior similar working experience in real estate or healthcare industries will have a strong advantage

●Strong communication skills with high EQ

●Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in working with senior company leaders

●Good integrity and self-disciplined

●Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
