Job Description:
●Define and implement the global strategy for international customer OE business development and relationship.
●Co-ordination of group technical and commercial network resources.
●Identify additional business opportunities.
●Lead the team by steering synergies between different regions and HQ.
●Propose and obtain validation for the strategic orientations from main board.
●Define and control the deployment of resources, manage account budget and controls the return on investment.
●Establish cultural and linguistic link between the customer and the internal OE organization.
What you need to know/ have:
●Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
●Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with at least 8 years of leadership experience in automotive industry.
●Capability to deal to top auto manufacturing companies in EU, Japan and US.
●Good connection with automotive companies.
●Knowledge of auto makers (OE) eco system, technical homologation and procurement processes.
●Good leadership with strong stakeholder management abilities.
