Job Description:
●Design the program benefits and continuous enhancement of program.
●Develop loyalty program calendar and drive execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives and events.
●Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and enhance system features.
●Manage and facilitate events and workshops.
●Develop communication plan and content.
●Assess market trends, competitor analysis and perform database analysis.
●Track and evaluate campaigns & promotions results.
What you need to know/ have:
●Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
●Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Marketing or related field is a must.
●E-commerce experience will be advantageous.
●Self-motivated, creative and solution oriented.
●Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
