Our client:

●An established international freight forwarding company with growing presence in Asia.

●Due to business expansion needs, they now have a new position as Branch Manager (Thailand) – Based in Bangkok.

Main Responsibilities:

●Formulate and implement business plans for air and ocean freight business for the Thailand and SEA market.

●Responsible for the profitability of the Thailand branch

●Identify talents and build up the team in Thailand, including developing the overseas sales team

●Manage the Thailand team and build up team spirit

●Develop sales and increase revenue for the Thailand Branch.

●Build up local carrier relationship, air and ocean, to build up the company reputation in the local market.

●Work closely within the inter offices as to look for business opportunities.

Required:

●At least a good University Degree

●At least 12 years of experience in international freight forwarding (both air and ocean) with at least 3 years in a leadership position

●Strong experience in sales, business development, product development and project management.

●Language proficiency in English and Thai
