●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Head of Global HR – Based in Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
●Leads the HR team to manage the full spectrum of HR for the Group’s real estate business globally.
●Spearheads the real estate BU’s human capital strategy, Organisation Design, Organisation Development (OD), succession planning, leadership pipeline, executive assessment & leadership development, talent growth & engagement with key leaders across the organisation.
Required:
●At least a Bachelor’s Degree. Candidates with MBA will have a strong advantage
●At least 15 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position as the number 1 HR person of the Group
●Possesses regional experience
●Strong leadership skills
●Good business acumen
●Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
●Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
