Our client:
●A new JV company between a Europe MNC and an Asia Conglomerate. Business will focus on car parts distribution (B2B) through e-commerce platform.
Main Responsibilities:
●Member of the management team and reports directly to the CEO
●Continual improvement if the financial processes and procedures within the company
●Overseeing all statutory issues within this tea and be an advisor for statutory, tax and legal issues.
●Coordinating the budget process, including goal setting and responsible for the following up goal achievement.
●Work closely with operating management to develop and execute strategies to drive profitability and support revenue growth.
Required:
●Min. a relevant Degree with MBA is an advantage
●Min. 15 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years of CFO experience
●Proven history of leading cross functional teams to drive corporate initiatives as well as the ability to build organizational relationships with peers and partners
●Experience in supply chain industry would have an added advantage
●Strong business acumen with knowledge and ability to develop and implement robust financial processes to drive effective decisions
●Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills; Possess positive attitude towards work
●Excellent interpersonal skills, high cooperative and willing to meet people from all levels
●Hands-on with an entrepreneurship mindset
