Job Description:
●Build teamwork and guide team members of both campaign and revenue teams.
●Ensure that team members plan and execute promotions and activities within approved cost and timeline.
●Responsible for footfall traffic and GTO reporting/analysis.
●Track and manage expenditure against budget, consistently and accurately.
●Maintain good tenant relations, communicate and obtain tenants’ buy-in for A&P programmes.
●Maintain brand consistency across all on-site and online touchpoints, and other channels provided by internal and external stakeholders.
●Prepare and review monthly management reports.
●Oversee customer service team in providing top-notch services.
What you need to know/ have:
●Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or any relevant discipline.
●Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in events management, A&P and/or PR, as well as supervisory role, preferably in retail environment.
●Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
●Strong communication and writing skills
●Attentive to details, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and reliable
●Good leadership skills and able to thrive well under pressure
