Our client:

●A foreign-owned global integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions provider, has a new opening for Operations Director (Based in Guangzhou, China).

Main Responsibilities:

●Leads the operations and customer service teams including outsourced vendors in delivering excellent service to clients across China

●Responsible for monitoring operational targets and achievements of KPIs

●Reviews and develops the SOP for operations and customer service

●Ensure compliance to the SOP developed and reviews for any performance gap and rectifications needed, including training

●Ensure operational efficiency and conduct periodic reviews to detect gaps, improve existing operations, and identify potential cost saving initiatives across facilities

●Maintains excellent working relationship with clients’ internal teams

●Develop and implement a transportation program to support rail operations across China

●Facilitate implementation of new customer projects through close coordination with the implementation teams

●Support product management team to roll out new products

Required:

●Possess a good university degree preferably in logistics or supply chain management

●At least 12 years of relevant operations experience within the logistics or supply chain industry

●Ability  to  manage  relationships,  lead  people, collaborate and communicate at all levels

●Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
