●A leading Supply Chain company in Asia. They have strong presence in Singapore, China, Korea, Malaysia and other parts of Asia.

●They are looking for a Country Sales Head in Philippines to support their growth plan.

Job Description:

●Responsible of managing organizational sales by developing business plans.

●Direct and oversee sales policies, objectives and initiatives, evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs.

●Plan and implement sales strategies to meet planned sales goals.

●Establish sales objectives and achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share

●Establish and maintain relationships with new clients

●Assist team members in sourcing and growing customer base.

●Maintain good relationship with existing clients

●Monthly financial analysis and determining current market rates offered by competitors.

●Overseeing the performance of the Sales Department

What you need to know/ have:

●A Bachelor Degree with at least 7 years’ of experience in sales and marketing in a senior level.

●In depth knowledge of logistics and sales strategies.

●Knowledge in e-commerce business is a preferred.

●Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
