●They has a new commercial project in Guangzhou.
●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for General Manager (Commercial Property) – Based in Guangzhou:
Main Responsibilities:
●Overall responsible for the P&L of the commercial property in Guangzhou, including budgeting, marketing, leasing, promotional activities, property management and day-to-day operations
●Formulate and implement strategies to maximise revenue and ensure full occupancy of the mall
●Ensure that operations at the mall and the performance of plans and strategies are executed smoothly
●Leads the team in resolving day-to-day operational issues and situations
●Manage the budget by ensuring all expenditures are within allocated budget
●Leads the leasing team to ensure proper lease administration and documentation
●Builds and maintains good relationships with the tenants
●Identify, plan and propose initiatives or improvements to enhance the value of the mall
Required:
●Good University Degree
●About 10-15 years of relevant experience in leasing, marketing and/ or operations for commercial properties, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
●Those with setting up experience will have a strong advantage
●Good people management skills
●Self-starter and can-do attitude
●Good verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English
●Microsoft Office skills
