Our client:
●An international multimodal logistics park in Chongqing, comprising of warehouses, distribution centres and other infrastructures linking road, river and rail transportation seamlessly.
●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Senior Manager, Business Development (based in Chongqing)
Main Responsibilities:
●Develop business plan to increase market share and deliver the growth strategy of the business
●Identify market opportunities and potential clients/ prospects; Create and implement sales strategies to develop new business and achieve sales targets and results
●Ensure through partnership with cross functional and specialisation teams to develop creative and efficient transport and logistics solutions to meet customer needs
●Provide and enhance business intelligence through establishing network with potential and existing customers or key accounts
●Develop and establish relationships with internal teams such as operations and through these partnerships ensuring a seamless and quality service being provided to the client.
Required:
●Good University Degree
●Minimum 12 years of multimodal logistics solutioning experience
●Excellent knowledge of coastal markets
●Strong negotiation skills
●Good business acumen
●Good verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English
●Microsoft Office skills
