●Based in Singapore, the successful incumbent will oversee the full spectrum of compliance function of the organisation.

Job Description:

●Drive implementation of policies, standards and guidelines.

●Provide advisory to various businesses within the company.

●Provide advisory on regulatory requirements and general compliance matters.

●Involvement in new initiatives and projects to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.

●Responsible for reviewing and support reporting of compliance activity.

●Responsible for development and delivery of compliance-related training.

●Monitor significant regulatory developments in respective countries.

●Keeping abreast of market trends and applicable regulatory compliance matters.

What you need to know/ have:

●Minimum 10 years of relevant experience ideally within real estate industry.

●Recognized Degree in Legal Studies or equivalent.

●Good knowledge of compliance framework, regulations, laws and risk management principles.

●High level of professional ethics and personal integrity.

●Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
