Job Description:

●Supply chain management responsibility including production planning.

●Responsible to manage business relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

●Responsible for the management of the procurement department.

●Back end operations responsibilities including operations and execution.

●Responsible for pricing negotiations and supplier relationship.

●Chair regular business reviews to ensure all key metrics are met.

●Identify and evaluate new contract manufacturing suppliers.

●Drive process improvements and develop new improved strategies.

What you need to know/ have:

●Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within semiconductor industry with Bachelor degree in engineering / supplier management background.

●Knowledge in best practice and strategies of supply chain management.

●Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

●Comfortable with high-paced, diverse, multi-cultural and global environment.

●Willing to travel to China and ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
