Role:

●Reporting into the Managing Director, South Asia, the candidate is expected to grow the business within Singapore, serving clients within major government agencies, commercial organisations and international companies with projects and business presence in the country.

●The candidate will be responsible for managing a business with multiple million-dollar projects with high service quality and delivery expectations, directly with clients as well as through qualified partners.

●The candidate will be responsible for the country’s P & L, leading effectively through and with a core management team, and managing a total staff strength of 70-100 skilled staff in a variety of roles.

●The candidate is also required to actively engage with stakeholders within the head office, develop and nurture relationships with key principal partners as well as collaborate with regional shared resource teams that are part of the same group.

●The successful candidate will possess good business acumen, relevant technical background, people development mindset and a keen focus on delivering value-add to clients through the company’s expertise and solutions.

Requirements:

●To be successful in this role, you will need to possess at 10-15 years of relevant experience and track record in a key leadership role, encompassing a variety of functions, leading teams and delivering services in the enterprise software, IT, business analytics or technology domains.

●The successful candidate will also have experience in developing people and leading through teams to achieve lasting results.

●Previous international exposure in addition to an Engineering or Computer Science Degree will be highly desirable.
