●A SGX Listed Co which has significant investment in the Real Estate in both Singapore and overseas.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

●Day-to-day responsibility and management of the whole finance function from ground up

●Monitoring and directing all financial activity for the company

●Full management of monthly reporting to HQ

●Oversight of timely and high quality monthly management pack (against budgets, understanding key drivers in preparation of reports to management) and other ad hoc financial info

●Preparation of weekly flash forecast – sites profitability and corporate cash flow forecast

●Managing company cash flow, budgeting and forecasting

●Overseeing all taxation planning including VAT, corporation tax, ensure HMRC compliance.

●Preparation of interim, full year financial reporting and statutory reporting for the group of companies

●Oversee financial controls and accuracy of transactions processing

●Assist in the success of an ongoing finance system implementation

●Drive process improvements across the company

●Create and drive a robust financial controls framework

●Strong background in leading a finance team

●Oversee, managing, coaching and developing a team of about 10 reports

Required:

●Degree with at least 10 years’ post qualification experience, ideally within property management

●Fully qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)

●Strong focus on controls and processes and a high attention to detail.

●Up-to-date technical skills, reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP

●A strong, people manager who can develop a growing team
