●A Real Estate Developer who have been successful in developing and managing various large-scale mixed used projects in China and in different parts of the world.

●Due to their growth & developments in China, they are inviting senior management professionals to take up the leadership role in order to achieve business & financial targets, as well as driving the execution of key strategic priorities across the Group’s business in China.

Main Responsibilities:

●Assisting China CEO in overseeing company’s business operations in China

●Be involved in the investment, development and asset management of high end mixed used assets in various cities of China

What you need to know/ have:

●Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or related discipline, with at least 15 years working experience in the management of commercial assets in China

●Proven track record in financial management, business development, P&L and operational capabilities.

●Dynamic and results-oriented, able to persevere under challenging situations.

●It is an advantage to possess an extensive network of contacts in China including local government.

●Key desirable personality traits are good business acumen, high energy level and strong drive.

●The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese is essential to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
