Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Group CEO, responsible for the success and profitability of the newly set up Real Estate Private Fund in Singapore

• Provide leadership to capital market, fund raising, investment, asset management, finance and IR team to:

• Undertaking the end to end cycle of capital market initiative and will be involved in performing deal structures and designing framework by working and collaborating with various stakeholders including external parties such as the lawyers and bankers

• Source, evaluate and execute acquisition transactions

• Assisting with financing for development projects, as well as corporate planning for future capital markets exercise / IPO

• Formulate, manage and execute asset management strategies to maximize returns from the real estate 

• Strategize, formulate, manage and implement AEI works, asset management team and relevant consultants for the highest and best use of the real estate

• Manage investors and market participants

• To maintain strong corporate governance, internal control and corporate transparency

What you need to know/ have:

• Minimum degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related

• At least 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with sound financial knowledge

• Experience in capital markets, real estate fund management and investment in China market

• Strong general management and leadership skills

• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a demonstrable understanding of asset management risk principles

• Able to communicate in Mandarin so as to liaise with the company’s China partners
