Our client:

• With the initiative of promoting and bringing in foreign investments into the country, the authority is setting up infrastructures, offering outstanding opportunities and benefits for businesses seeking to expand globally.

• They are sourcing for a Leasing Director and the incument will be based in Middle East.

Main Responsibilities:

• Formulating and implementing sound strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial and industrial portfolio

• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with external agencies and stakeholders

• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost

• Responsible for preparing annual rental budget and rental forecast as well as management reports

• Provide direction and guidance to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies

• Ensure that tenants’ feedback and tenancy-related matters are attended to promptly and effectively

Required:

• A Bachelor degree in Estate Management, Business, Marketing and/or equivalent

• At least 12 years of experience in leasing and marketing of industrial and commercial spaces, including more than 8 years in a managerial position

• With an international perspective, meticulous in handling business negotiation, strong presentation and effective interpersonal skills

• Keen eye for details, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive

• Possess a high level of initiative, hands-on, positive disposition, multi-task, work within timeline and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for customer satisfaction, strong stakeholder relationship-management with ability to influence, negotiate & display partnering and consulting skills
