A real estate company with portfolio spanning across Asia region.

Due to expansion, our client is searching for a Head of HR to assist in supporting the business.

• Regional portfolio (Asia)

Main Scope:

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, policies and procedures and payroll mainly in Asia region

• Partner all Business Units (BUs) and understand/identify key business challenges and people/organization implications and to derived/aligned HR plans for the company

• Provide timely and comprehensive monthly Group HR reports to Management.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of the respective countries, implement internal control on HR policies and processes and liaise with statutory authorities on employee issues for the Group.

• Plan, budget and manage HR costs for the business unit in line with Corporate objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized University

• Minimum of 12 years of HR generalist experience

• Experience in real estate industry preferred

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must to communicate with China office
