A real estate company with portfolio spanning across Asia region.
Due to expansion, our client is searching for a Head of HR to assist in supporting the business.

Regional portfolio (Asia)
Ample opportunity to display leadership capabilities
Main Scope:
Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, policies and procedures and payroll mainly in Asia region
Partner all Business Units (BUs) and understand/identify key business challenges and people/organization implications and to derived/aligned HR plans for the company
Provide timely and comprehensive monthly Group HR reports to Management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of the respective countries, implement internal control on HR policies and processes and liaise with statutory authorities on employee issues for the Group.
Plan, budget and manage HR costs for the business unit in line with Corporate objectives.
Requirements:
Degree from a recognized University
Minimum of 12 years of HR generalist experience
Experience in real estate industry preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must to communicate with China office
