A reputable real estate developer with growing presence in Asia.
They now have a position for General Manager (Commercial Properties) – Based in Beijing.
Role and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will lead the commercial operations of a large scale integrated project in Beijing, comprising of commercial, office and residential elements. This includes leading in the formulation of overall strategy, business planning, annual operating budget for the commercial property.
He/ she will be responsible for conceptualisation, market positioning, comprehensive planning, marketing strategy from pre-development stage.
He/ she will be fully responsible for P&L of the property after completion of the project.
What you need to know/ have:
The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years of experience in China in managing large scale mixed development from the beginning to operational stage.
He/ she must possess good business sense and understand market trends and demands.
He/ she should have strong leadership skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
He/ she should possess strong government and public relations capabilities.
He/ she should be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
